Showtime Training Group is located in Charlotte, NC.

Can you come to me or is there a facility I can go to?

We offer both options.

How is payment made?

We currently accept payments through Cashapp, PayPal, and in cash.

Do I need to do an initial consultation?

We do require an initial consultation for all services provided. This gives our team as well as you (the client) an opportunity to get to know each other and get a clear understanding of what your goals are.

Do you work with people who may have an injury or a disability?

We try our best to make our services and ourselves available to all! We recommend that a physician to participate in physical activity clear anyone wanting to obtain our services.

What do I do if I have to reschedule?

Our policy states that we require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session, however we understand that sometimes things happen and this is not always possible. We recommend contacting us ASAP so we can reschedule your session for a later time.

How can I get involved with your community outreach events?

We always welcome helping hands! Our community outreach events are posted in advance whenever there is one scheduled. If you are interested in getting involved, we recommend contacting us by email ahead of the event. We also recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list so you can have event information as soon as it is available.

Do you accept donations? How can I donate?

We are always accepting donations and sponsorships to help us expand our outreach programs! For a list of specific needs please contact us by email. To make any monetary donations, you can do so through our PayPal.
