As we all know, keeping kids focused can be a challenge! That's why all of our Healthy YOUth programs begin with a short interactive lesson about nutrition, and are followed with a fun, age appropriate fitness game where the children get to have a ton of fun while moving and getting active. These programs are specifically designed for the age groups involved, so that we can assure the information is easy to understand and retain. Regardless of their age, your kids are guaranteed to have a good time!
